Reports

A plain-language, white-labelable summary you can hand straight to a client.

What a report shows

  • Records in and records delivered, with a plain delivery rate.
  • A reassurance line in plain language summarizing the period, not raw numbers alone.
  • Volume over the period, as a simple chart.
  • Recovered records (arrived a little late, caught before it mattered) and confirmed issues.
  • A breakdown by flow, when a report covers more than one.

Scope

A report can cover a single flow, or every flow sharing a client label, useful when one client has several automations you want summarized together under their name rather than yours.

White-labeling

The client-facing report page is a separate, fixed light theme, deliberately independent of your own in-app dark/light preference, since the person reading it has no FlowProofs account and shouldn't need one. Your agency name appears at the top instead of FlowProofs's; a small "Powered by FlowProofs" mark can be turned off entirely on paid plans.

Delivery

A report with both a cadence (weekly or monthly) and a recipient email is generated and emailed automatically once each period elapses. Without a recipient email, it's on-demand only. Generate it whenever you like, then copy the share link or send the email manually.

Where to set this up

Configure report scope, cadence, and white-labeling on the Reports page. Every generated report keeps its own permanent copy of the numbers it showed at the time, so a report from three months ago always reads exactly as it did then.
